Getting Started

Now, lets get this game started. After you download it, and extract the client, your done with the downloading part.

1. Hit the client(Entilnight 1 Client; Black Dragon Avatar)
2. Click New
3. Enter a Username
4. Enter a Password
5. Before hitting create, make sure you can remember those. Write it down if needed. Then hit Create.
6. Click Login or something like that
7. Type in your username & password. Select Save Password, if needed(recommended on computers not being shared)
8. Click Login
9. Click New Character(if your not at a character page, the server is down, sorry)
10. Type in a character name
11. Select a Class. (In brackets at the end of the class name, it has which race its in)
12. View your beginner stats, then click create
13. You should be at the main menu again, click login
14. Type in your username & password
15. Click Login
16. Repeat steps 9-12, if you want to make new characters. If not make sure the character you made is highlighted, then click Play
17. A big window should pop up. Thats the game!

Observing some things

Lets observe some things you see now.
1. You should see about 80-110 blank squares beside you. Thats your inventory. When you get an item, it gets stored there. I will need to find out the amount of spaces are in the inventory.
2. A black screen(under the game screen on the left). Thats the chatting screen. You can select which mode you want to talk in.
3. You should now see a screen with stats. Thats your stats(okay, kind of dumb). HP is your health. MP is your Mana Points. When you cast a spell, the developer of the spell, sets how much Mana Points you need to cast it. If you don't have enough, you can't cast the spell. SP is your speed. I don't know if its working correctly in RV1(the first client). Its supposed to work, like when you run using the Shift button, it takes away SP. Without any SP, you have to walk.
4. The Game Screen. Your character is right there(you should find it easy). Move around with the Keypad, use shift to run, CTRL to attack.
